Job summary

Wonder, a mealtime platform, is seeking a General Manager for a multi-brand, shared kitchen location. You will lead a multifunctional team, manage cross-brand collaboration, and own the local P&L while ensuring service excellence across dine-in, pickup, and delivery.

You’ll optimize labor, food costs, and compliance, grow the business, mentor managers-in-training, and represent Wonder in the local ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations.
• Experience in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce preferred.
• Proven track record of KPI management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Optimize labor deployment and throughput to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage on-site team and contracted partners (staff and vendors).
• Own and drive location P&L and KPI performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and grow revenue.
