Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or service industries with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage center profitability and efficiency by hiring staff and tracking inventory.
• Maintain equipment and ensure high quality customer care.
• Perform profit/loss analyses.
• Hire and mentor new team members.
