Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in inland and offshore diving services market.
• Experience in maritime or construction industry required.
• Experience identifying/preparing/selling deals from $500K-$10M.
• Advanced client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for regional office operations and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies across the region.
• Oversee financial accountability for profit and loss of office and projects.
• Attend tradeshows and conferences to network and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate strategic service line projects within the region.
• Supervise office support staff and daily administrative tasks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospective companies.
