RaceTrac is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead a high‑volume unit and develop a culture of excellence. You will supervise up to 45 employees, shape guest experiences, and drive profitability with strategic planning and people leadership.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, monitor operations, and ensure safety standards while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Growth opportunities abound across RaceTrac divisions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high‑volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

• Lead & Develop a winning team by fostering a guest‑obsessed culture, recruiting and mentoring staff, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Drive store performance and profitability by executing plans, analyzing sales and labor data, and implementing marketing and cost controls.
• Ensure high standards in food and safety through training, inspections, and adherence to policies.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, organized store and manage scheduling and payroll to ensure proper staffing.
