Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee up to 45 teammates, cultivate a culture of excellence, and implement strategies for operational success in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit and mentor staff, coach performance, analyze sales data, and ensure food safety and standards are met, while managing scheduling, payroll, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail/food service/restaurant management (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Manager Food Handler certification and alcohol server permit as required.

Responsibilities
