Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to craft legendary guest experiences. You will oversee restaurant leadership, marketing and P&L outcomes to drive top performance, and guide team development through training and engagement initiatives.

The role includes managing community involvement and fundraising activities, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and compliance. Excellent leadership and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience, including prior General Manager experience in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train teams.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Create legendary guest experiences at the restaurant.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and oversee P&L performance to keep the restaurant top of its game.
• Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Manage community connections and fundraising activities.
