Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, hire and develop great people, and build a winning culture. You will manage guest experience, speed of service, and full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management.

You will also oversee scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting while maintaining food safety and compliance standards. The role requires overseeing lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to drive annual sales and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest-obsessed experience
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices, utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources
• Direct our team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
• Be accountable for day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L control, and sales-forecasting
• Ensure dining room remains clean and restaurant is guest-ready
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
• Be accountable for overall financial success of the restaurant, achieving annual sales & cash flow plan
• Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts across all hours
