Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead from the front, hire and develop great people, build a winning culture, and run a strong business.

You’ll join a team committed to Cultivating a Better World and delivering exceptional hospitality and operations. You’ll be guest-obsessed, ensure fast and accurate service, manage the full employee lifecycle, train crews, drive digital orders, and own day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting.

Formación

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Genuine enthusiasm for people development and leading others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant operations and guest experience with a focus on hospitality and speed.
• Recruit and hire staff, manage performance, and implement people processes.
• Train crew members and shift leaders using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Own day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting.
• Ensure the dining room is clean and the restaurant is guest-ready, with food safety and compliance standards.
• Be accountable for overall financial performance and annual sales/cash flow planning.
• Support scheduling across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to cover all hours.
