GDLP Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and develop a high‑performing team. You will uphold food safety, manage costs, coach leaders, and partner with the District Manager to reach company goals.

Previous restaurant management required; high school diploma; Food Handler cert; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.

• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
