Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.
• Proven ability to manage operations and finances.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage sales, labor, costs, and inventory.
• Analyze business results and develop improvement plans.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve goals.
