Job summary

GDLP Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchise operator in Aurora, CO, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee staff, uphold brand standards, and manage sales, labor, and costs.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, build future leaders, ensure food safety, and partner with the District Manager to reach store and company goals. A high school diploma or equivalent is required and leadership excellence is rewarded.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
