Job summary

GDLP Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead all facets of restaurant operations and build a high‑performing team that delivers the Wingstop guest experience. You will be responsible for profitability, culture, and leadership development across the restaurant.

You will coach and empower leaders, ensure food safety and brand standards, and partner with the District Manager to achieve store and company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum restaurant management experience.
• Must have Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Able to coach and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent organizational and financial skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
