Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. seeks a General Manager to lead our Seekonk, MA restaurant, driving guest experiences, local marketing, and profitability. You will supervise the management team, coach staff, ensure health and safety standards, and guide training programs to elevate performance.

You will also oversee community involvement and fundraising efforts, partnering with the local team to create memorable dining experiences while meeting financial targets and standards.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant GM role.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.
• Strong training and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Oversee community connection and fundraising activities.
• Create legendary guest experiences and ensure top performance of the restaurant.
