Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Train crew members and shift leaders using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready restaurant.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Drive annual sales and cash flow performance.
• Work lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to cover all hours.
