You’ll join a team committed to Cultivating a Better World while sharpening leadership and operations skills along the way. You’ll oversee guest experiences, ensure speed and accuracy, manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, and drive scheduling, P&L control and sales

Qualifications

• Minimum restaurant management experience required.
• Experience with scheduling, P&L, and food safety.
• Sales forecasting experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and guest experience with a focus on hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and consistent guest obsession.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools.
• Direct digital order fulfillment and manage day-to-day restaurant finances (schedules, sales forecasting, and cash flow).
