Chipotle Mexican Grill in Gainesville is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and teams with a guest-first mindset. You will own scheduling, P&L management, hiring, and performance development to drive superior guest experiences and financial outcomes.

You will train crew and shift leaders using Chipotle’s tools, ensure food safety and compliance, and actively engage in marketing-driven sales initiatives while managing daily restaurant performance across all hours.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting and recruiting.
• Guest obsessed with hospitality and leadership excellence.
• Familiar with training tools and resources used by Chipotle.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality and service.
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate, on-time digital orders and efficient operations.
• Manage dining room cleanliness and readiness and uphold safety/compliance.
