The role requires 2+ years in a GM or strong ASM role in a fast-paced restaurant, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a General Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost controls, and P&L management
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations with a focus on quality, service, cleanliness and team development
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance
• Train and develop managers and hourly staff
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Resolve guest issues and uphold brand standards
• Ensure regulatory compliance and training at new home store in Longview, TX
