You will supervise subcontractors and staff, ensure paperwork and processes meet company standards, and contribute to profitability. The role requires full-time availability, with compensation in the $67k–$73k range and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the highest level of efficiency and organization amongst all processes and procedures.
• Assists with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations.
• Responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures within the aera are being completed to company standards.
• Responsible for the execution and organization of all paperwork relating to operations and procedures.
• Oversees compliance of all app usage with established company policies and standards.
• Maintains PFS vehicles to company standards.
• Communicates with the clients, call center and accounts to establish workflow expectations within the area.
• Upholds department goals, cleanliness, organization, and inventory management.
• Provides support to employees when scheduling conflicts arise.
• Keeps the DOO well informed of activities and significant issues.
