Primanti Brothers is seeking a Head Coach (General Manager) in Pittsburgh to lead and develop high‑performing teams while driving sales and operational excellence. You’ll mentor staff, own results, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience across the brand’s iconic restaurant group.

With 3+ years in restaurant management and a GM background preferred, you’ll oversee budgeting, labor costs, and marketing collaborations to grow the business and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• 1+ year as a General Manager preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, operations, and people leadership.

• Lead by example while fostering a strong, values‑driven culture.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop Players and Coaches.
• Deliver clear feedback, performance reviews, and career development support.

• Ensure excellence across operations, food quality, inventory, and equipment.
• Manage budgets, payroll, vendors, cash handling, and reporting.
• Partner with marketing on promotions and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with leadership using sound judgment and initiative.
