The role requires proven GM experience in fast‑casual, strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Track record of managing a high-volume establishment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data for informed decisions.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
