Qualifications

• Proven GM leadership in a high-volume Food/Hospitality setting.
• Strong ability to manage staff, inventory, and customer service.

• Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
