Flynn Arby's is seeking a General Manager to lead our Overland Park, KS location. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and promotions, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining strict policy compliance.

The role requires proven GM experience in food/hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze financial data to meet targets. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully managing a high-volume establishment.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and financial data analysis.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional work behaviors to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management.
