Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Solid understanding of operations and financial performance.
• Excellent communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
