Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience at high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service, hospitality, or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be GM in locally owned restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to meet McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Hire and develop the full management team and staff; coach and direct departments.
• Collaborate with Supervisor/Director of Operations and Owner/Operator to set and achieve goals.
