Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management
• Strong English communication
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand long periods; lift 50+ lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager
