Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management (KPIs, budgeting, calculations).
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Experience leading a team and driving operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems.
• Commitment to safety and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members and perform evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager.
