Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Requires availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Exempt management role with a typical 50-hour work week
- ServeSafe certified; 18+ and valid driver's license with insurance
Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.

- Ensure safe, welcoming, and high-quality guest experiences and food safety.
- Monitor labor, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with policies.
