Border Foods in Dickinson, ND is seeking a General Manager to reinforce our core values and lead the operation of the entire restaurant. You will champion a safe, welcoming environment and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will build a strong team, hire and train leaders, and ensure consistent fast, friendly service while managing schedules, labor, and profitability. The role requires a minimum 50-hour week and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and a positive guest experience.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and shift leadership.
• Monitor profitability and control costs in P&L.
• Uphold border foods core values and standards.
