- Experience leading, motivating and developing others is required or via US Military service.
- Strong customer service and safety focus.

- Lead restaurant operations, managing food production, guest service and crew.
- Plan People processes: recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing, performance management.
- Train, coach and motivate staff.
- Make critical inventory, budget and food ordering decisions.
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards.
- Uphold safety for guests and employees and maintain operations
