Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, achieve sales and profit goals, and deliver exceptional guest and team service. You will manage the restaurant to be the 1st Choice for guests and employees, overseeing P&L, staffing, training, and safety.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, hiring => building a strong team, ensuring proper scheduling, and coaching staff to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Food Safety Certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in QSR.
• Basic math and operations skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule with extended hours; high energy and drive.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing P&L and restaurant ops.
• Analyze data and implement plans to boost sales, profits, and service.
• Determine staffing needs and hire for the right roles.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members and managers, provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging restaurant environment.
