Qualifications

• One year of restaurant management experience with demonstrable success.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• ServSafe Manager certification required.
• Must complete certification course and pass exam within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily store operations including supervision and training of staff and managing guest orders.
• Responds to guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Maintains food safety practices in compliance with regulations.
• Reviews store P&L and drives EBITDA growth through cost control and revenue.
• Manages inventory, food costs, and labor scheduling to optimize profitability.
• Trains and coaches team to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
