Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Utah is seeking experienced General Managers to lead a team that delivers a quality, hot, fresh and consistent product for loyal customers. You will oversee staff, be accountable for daily operations, and ensure health and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a passion for pizza, strong customer service, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Computer knowledge.
• Trustworthy, results driven and team oriented.
• Must have a passion for pizza and providing a positive customer service experience.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Inventory Management.
• Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
• Hire and train new team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that produces a Quality, Hot, Fresh and Consistent product to loyal customers.
• General managers must be able to manage team members and be accountable for day-to-day operations of their location.
• Work under stress in a fast-paced environment while maintaining health and safety procedures.
