You will oversee inventory control, scheduling, and financial performance, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and a positive team culture aligned with Popeyes values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or AGM.
• Strong leadership, team-building and communication skills.
• Financial acumen with understanding of P&L statements.
• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, upholding high standards in food quality, guest service and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all positions.
