Zaxbys is expanding and seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and guide the team toward excellence. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and daily execution while driving sales and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and achieving operational standards, with opportunities to advance within the Zax LLC franchise system and participate in the company’s bonus and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• 3–5 years of management experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Open availability with ability to work minimum 5 days and 48 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and leadership to the team to create a positive culture.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, training, and development.
• Drive sales growth and control labor costs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments, communicate expectations, and adjust as needed.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• Complete performance reviews for crew and assist with manager reviews.
