Zaxbys is expanding and seeks a General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high morale. You will drive daily operations, staffing, training, scheduling, and cost management while upholding standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture and high morale.
• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, development, sales growth, and cost management.
• Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers; plan and delegate shift assignments.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• Drive profitability by controlling costs and developing team members; strive to increase sales.
• Maintain compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures.
