Job summary

Zax LLC is expanding its Zaxbys operation and seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes staff development, operational excellence, and profitability through effective scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards. A strong leader with 3–5 years of management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• Leadership qualities and strong organizational skills.
• 3–5 years of management experience; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture and high team morale.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations: staffing, training, scheduling, and development.
• Drive sales growth while controlling labor and costs and maintaining standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational guidelines.
• Perform performance reviews and develop teams to meet goals.
• Foster community relationships to increase sales and guest satisfaction.
