You will oversee staff, manage operations, and ensure quality and safety standards while driving growth and profitability. The role involves hiring, training, scheduling, inventory control, and community events to engage customers and boost performance.

The GM will coach a team of managers and staff, uphold Playa Bowls values, and implement company policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles and meeting quality standards.
• Understanding of business and management concepts for planning and leadership.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and cost control.
• Experience in HR processes like hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ability to market products and services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Playa Bowls location.
• Interview, hire, train employees, plan and direct work, and evaluate performance.
• Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance and budget management.
• Organize staffing, training programs, and community/event involvement.
• Manage inventory, catering orders, and supplier relationships.
• Direct opening/closing procedures and record keeping.
