Playa Bowls is seeking a General Manager to lead shop operations on-site, driving guest experience and financial performance. You will coach a team of assistants and shift leaders, manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory, and uphold health and safety standards across daily activities.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, leverage ADP Workforce Now for onboarding and HR processes, and partner with leaders to ensure consistent quality and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management.
• Strong customer service, leadership, scheduling, budgeting and coaching.
• Experience recruiting, training and evaluating staff, with KPIs.
• Solid understanding of payroll, inventory, and cost control.
• Familiar with ADP Workforce Now and POS operations.
