Fazoli’s in Lafayette, IN seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize profitability in a fast-paced, team‑driven environment. The GM reports to the District Manager and will oversee staff, food quality, safety, and daily performance.

You’ll recruit, train, schedule, and coach the team; manage budgets and labor costs; ensure consistent service; and partner with marketing to grow sales while maintaining Fazoli’s recipes and standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage costs.
• Customer service-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate the management team and staff to achieve performance goals, ensure high standards of service, and create a positive work culture.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new employees, ensuring they are prepared to succeed in their roles.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and coach team members to improve performance and foster career development.
• Create and manage work schedules for both management and hourly employees to ensure the restaurant is properly staffed at all times.
