Ideal candidates will have GM experience in fast-food settings or related hospitality/retail fields and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• Age 18 or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers to set goals, follow up, and coach performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.
