Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant in Greenwood is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume operation with focus on quality, service and cleanliness. You will drive profitability, set goals with your leaders and oversee coaching to improve departments.

Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in quick service, hospitality or retail, must be 18 or older, and will hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure long-term success for the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant is required.
• Background in quick service, hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and coach for improvement.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure strong leadership for the future.
