• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals and providing coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing and daily operations to drive performance.
