Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the entire restaurant operation and lead a high-performing team. You will drive fast, friendly service and maintain quality food while upholding Core Values like Accountability, Integrity, Family and Excellence.

You will manage scheduling, training, and development, while ensuring compliance with safety, cash handling, and labor control policies in a dynamic, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early morning, evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
• Schedule, deploy and coach Team Members to meet standards.
• Ensure health, safety, and cash handling compliance; manage issues professionally.
