Border Foods is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure safe, quality food and exceptional guest experiences. You will drive profitability through effective scheduling, coaching, and execution of company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in restaurant or retail management or a combination of experience and education.
• Experience with sales-building and P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; exempt role with 50+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers quality food and a friendly guest experience.
• Schedule, deploy, and hold team members accountable for standards and safety.
• Lead budgeting, labor control, inventory, and loss prevention to drive profitability.
