Jiffy Lube LLC / Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) seeks a General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center in Round Rock, TX. You will drive daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experience and profitability.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and a focus on safety and efficiency, aligning with Jiffy Lube standards in a dynamic, customer-driven environment.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail service management experience.
Strong English communication (written and verbal).
Ability to lead a high-performing team and coach staff.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store, maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members, including evaluations.
Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and deposits; complete sales paperwork.
Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate vehicle types.
Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance.
