Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center. You will drive daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and develop the team to achieve profitability and growth.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, supervision, and a focus on safety and compliance in a customer-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience (KPIs, budgeting, calculations).
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; include performance evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
