The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, operations management, and adherence to safety standards within a customer-driven environment. Golf responsibilities include staff development and daily financial oversight.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail service management (KPIs, budgeting, calculations).
Valid U.S. driver's license; authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders efficiently.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types.
Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager.
