Job summary

Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center. You will guide a high-performing team, manage operations, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will hire and develop staff, oversee inventory, ensure safety compliance, and partner with district leadership to meet local goals. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and legal right to work in the U.S.
• 1+ year of retail service management experience
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, crawl, climb stairs
• Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate team members
• Drive financial performance through sales growth and profitability
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and deposits
• Complete paperwork for sales and employee records
• Monitor inventory and manage supply orders to prevent shrinkage
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalations
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate vehicle types
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by District Manager
