Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience with KPIs, budgeting, calculations.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable leadership with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members, including evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and bank deposits.
• Handle paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance.
