Qualifications

• High-volume Food and Beverage experience required.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience.
• Must be congenial with neat, professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Must be reliable and conscientious.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Develop and implement objectives in line with budget and service requirements.
• Maintain health department compliance and achieve an A grade.
• Lead by example to provide world-class guest service.
• Conduct QIT, CIP, EOS/SFS, and feedback sessions.
• Follow policies and support the Food and Beverage Director.
